"This brand was born from a scrap pile of another hobby. My first fin was made from cull bamboo and off-cut basalt fiber from handmade snowboards. It opened the door to a realm of design exploration. A culmination of aesthetic, (garage) engineering, and creativity that has no bounds."
I met Korey a few years ago through a mutual friend and I was instantly impressed with his skills at fin making. His craftsmanship is incredible. So much so, I bought fins for my friends Skip Frye and Bird Huffman and they both were equally impressed with the quality. Over the years, his quality of character proved to be as good as his fins and my orders increased.
These are handmade here in America. They are not cheap. These are fins you keep throughout your surfing life. Board to board, year to year, decade to decade. Once you have something you know works, you hang onto them and share them with friends. Get to know your fins because they are what makes your board a gem or a dog. To learn more, just ask. Happy to to help with any of your questions.
