SURFBOARD SHIPPING POLICY

We Use Dolly Mancarella for ALL of our surfboard shipping. She is a trusted professional who only ships surfboards and is well known throughout the surfboard industry.

We DO NOT ship from our facility. We can connect you with Dolly directly to set up the shipping details to your specifications including delivery options and insurance.

If you have your own shipping contracts in place we will still use Dolly for the packing and boxing of surfboards and she can coordinate with your selected service.

INSURANCE - All shipments are insured through the chosen carrier. Any claims are subject to the policies of the insurer.

RETURNS FOR SURFBOARDS

All sales are final.

ALL OTHER ITEMS SHIPPING POLICY

For apparel and artwork shipping, we charge shipping cost based on standard USPS First Class & Priority Mail rates around the United States as well as USPS Priority Mail International rates for foreign shipping.

RETURNS FOR APPAREL & ARTWORK
