Bob Merson Art
Bob Merson is a wonderful guy, artist, surfer and board restoration hero. Im very happy to have Bob Involved with The Surfboard Rack as he lends a wonderful perspective to the project. I had been looking at his art on my walls for a decade before I met him over at Birds Surf Shed a couple years ago. He had brought in a restored Caster that once belonged to Chris O'Rourke. The board was basically trash, but after Bob spent 6 months restoring it, it looked as good as the day it was made. He is truly a miracle worker.
I found out soon after, that he wrote his own book on surfboard restoration as well. His creative drive and perfection at his craft is an inspiration. We hope you enjoy Bobs offerings.
