    Chapters Vol#3 With Roy Sanchez

Roy Sanchez has been shaping surfboards since the early 1980's. His skill set helped brands like Rusty, Channel Islands, Christenson, Bing, Rawson and others hot their numbers with Roy in their production rooms.

Plainly stated Roy can shape anything. From old logs to modern, high-performance short boards, he has seen and done it all.

Now at the tail end of his shaping career, Roy is focused on building his own boards, 100% by his own hands. The quality is the goal and the pride in craftsmanship is at the forefront.

    Enjoy.

I was a Pacific Wavecraft guy back in the early 1990s. Roy was shaping amazing surfboards back then. Some of the best I ever had. It’s a honor and privilege to have seen him enjoy such a long and successful career.
