In the most recent The Surfers Journal, They ran a multi page article about the Egg design. In it, Skip Frye talks about making the first egg out of one of his old Vee bottoms and how that design really changed the game.
Well here it is. The original source material that every shaper on earth has a version of. The Skip Frye Egg. If you had to have one surfboard to ride in almost any conditions,the Egg would be the call.
His one is 9.5/10 condition and barely ridden.
