  • Michael Miller 9’ Thinman

    Michael Miller 9’ Thinman

Brand new, waxed but never ridden, Michael Miller “Thinman”

The Thinman model was created by Skip Frye in 1979/1980 at Select Surf Shop in Pacific Beach. Jeff Grennan got the first one and Bird Huffman got the second. It got its name because Jeff ordered a completely different board and Skip came up with this new design. When Skip called for Jeff to check it out, he was confused and asked what that was? Skip looked at him and said, “I don’t know but it’s Thin man.” So the name stuck.

The shape features foiled nose and tail with a wider tail block. It’s been a proven winner for decades.

    9’ x 22.5” x 3”
