Lady Loggers
If you’ve ever surfed Pipes you know this scene. The Lady Liggers in that zone are amazing and pretty much run the show these days. Is that Mele in the front? I think it is!
Here we have a killer print by local San Diego artist Lily Flo. Shes a talented young surfer/artist/student and I’m super stoked to have her art represented here!
Description:
Three long boarding ladies on the search for some peeling point break waves. This piece is both colorful and playful, with the bright sky and reflective water.

About The Artist:
“Hello! I’m Lily Green, a young artist from San Diego, California. I’ve grown up by the water, and transitioned from a beach baby to a surfer at a young age. Over the years, my passion for surfing has grown and continues to do so every day. Surfing has opened up beautiful opportunities for myself and has led me to some beautiful people as well. The places I’ve been and the people I’ve met are the inspiration behind my work. I aim to capture the magic and love that comes with living a life centered around the sea. In many of my works you’ll see places vital to surf culture, expression and style, along with lots of color. I’m just getting started and I’ve got so many fun and new ideas to share with the world.
However, not just my passion for the ocean and surfing inspires my artwork. I feel strongly about the importance of human creativity, connection, and original thought; something that can’t be generated by a computer. There is something that can be achieved in an artwork that provokes thought and memory that artificial intelligence can’t replicate. My aim is to make sure that humans can keep being human, and not forget that we are animals and natural beings of this Earth.”
