Adrian and I got to be friends while he was working at Birds Surf Shed as a sales associate. His quiet demeanor and soulful vibe is why most people take a shine to Adrian right away.
It wasn't until a few months later that i started to see his custom, handmade foils making their way onto the boards of Dane Perlee.
These killer fins were originally the idea of a local San Diego surfer named Jeff Grennan. While Jeff has ridden these on his shortboards for years, it wasn't until Skip Frye tried a set and raved about them, that the surf world took notice. These work great as twins, tris and quads. This is the Small Twin set. These go unreal on all San Diego shapes from 5'-12'
