Bing Surfboards Lightweight Pintail 1969/70
The Bing Lightweight Pintail is so good, they’ve kept it in their line up of boards ever since its debut in 1969.
This one here is from Rusty Preisendorfers personal collection. He’s a fan of other shapers and Bing Copeland is a legend we all still look up to. This one is in original condition and has beenre-hotcoated at some point but not restored. You can still see the old casting resin repair and other things as well. Fin and fin box are in awesome Condition- board is ready to ride or display. Faded Bung signature is there but almost gone.
The coolest feature is the high density foam stringer and how it fades in and out. Just incredible craftsmanship.
