I've known artist and surfer Mitch King for over a decade. His father used to body surf La Jolla Cove and Boomer Beach and looked up to another old local, my dad Hal. So our families history is intertwined for over 50 years. Mitch is now well known as an excellent laminator working at Gordon and Smiths glass shop, but he's also a talented artists. I had him use his iconic art with a nod to the Dick Brewer Plumeria logo.
