This board was made in 2001 for one of the all-time legendary Windansea locals known as “Brud.” It features a rare Duke Kahanamoku laminate on the top and on the stringer Skip wrote: “Son of Mother”
It was in new condition until it met some major trauma. The repairs don’t look like Ropers to me. It appears to have been buckled majorly to the point where they lost the deck laminate. On the bottom is a major color cover-up and you can no longer see the foam or the signed wings.
The board is thick and heavy but is perfect for someone who wants a flat Eagle for under $1000 bucks. You can take this out on any day at the beaches or point and never worry about out dinging it.
