Growing up in Pacific Beach in the 70s and 80s meant you got to watch legends like Skip Frye, Mike Anderson, Tony Staples and Steve Seebold all riding eggs and ripping.
Thisis one of those designs that fed us all towards short, performance designs stating way back in 1968. In Australia you had McTavish, MP, Wayne Lynch and Nat Young all mirroring what was going on here with the design. To this day if you had to have one board in all conditions, the Egg would be it.
