Killer survivor all intact, no repairs. No soft spots, delams, cracks or dings!
While I don't pursue most used boards, some pop up that bring back a feeling or an era, and if the price and condition are right, I'll save it so I can find it a proper home. This Merrick rolled past me one day and I knew someone out there would love this thing.
Whether as a wall hanger or a rider, this thing is as good as it gets from that mid-80's Al/Curren partnership that still holds value today.
The surfing Tom did on Al's boards is till a benchmark of style and power, and this board is right in that kitchen. Just a beauty to behold.
