This board is a time capsule. Ordered as a custom out of Harry’s Surf Shop circa 1991/92, the owner, Carl, had Skip use a classic Rick Griffen drawing for the top, paired it with fire engine red panels, full traction, nose guard, leash and double board bags(JD canvas bag inside of a pro-Lite bag) He made his dream board and kept it in pristine condition to say the least.
Is it for everyone? No.
But if you can see past the traction and nose guard, both of which you can remove(pain in the butt but it’s been done many times) you can get yourself a almost new Frye for the best era for a great price.
